I’ve experienced every version of the ambitious woman’s journey--and I know exactly what it takes to move from overlooked to unstoppable.
I’ve been the one who worked twice as hard for half the recognition, the one who carried self‑doubt quietly while delivering big results, and the one who had to learn how to advocate for herself in rooms where women weren’t always heard.
Those years shaped me.
They taught me how to communicate with authority, lead with confidence, and rise without sacrificing my values—or my joy. And now, they fuel the work I do every day.
I’m a career strategist, published author, and creator of The Breakthrough System™… but I’m also someone who loves sunshine, great conversations, and helping women see what’s possible for them long before they see it themselves. Nothing lights me up more than watching a woman step into her power and finally get paid what she’s worth.
